Responsibilities
- Own the Recruiting Flow: Keep the gears turning by posting new roles, triaging inbound applications, and helping our team identify top talent quickly so we can move the best candidates forward without delay
- Solve the 'Calendar Puzzle': Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams. You’ll navigate complex calendars across different time zones to create a seamless, stress-free experience for everyone involved
- Be our Brand Ambassador: Serve as the friendly, professional first point of contact for candidates. You’ll manage all candidate communications—from initial invites to thoughtful follow-ups—ensuring no one ever feels like 'just a number.'
- Master the Data: Maintain a tidy and organized Applicant Tracking System. You’ll ensure candidate information, stage updates, and hiring data are accurate and actionable, helping us make informed decisions
- Partner on Feedback: Collaborate with hiring managers to gather interview scorecards. You’ll gently nudge the process along to ensure we’re providing candidates with timely updates and making thoughtful hiring decisions as a team
- Build the Foundation: Work alongside the HR team to refine our recruiting workflows. Whether it’s improving a template or tracking hiring metrics, you’ll help us build a world-class candidate journey
- Support the Whole Team: Beyond recruiting, you’ll jump in on administrative tasks like managing team calendars or helping plan internal events that keep our startup culture thriving
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or EA / Administrative support
- A high degree of organizational discipline
- A friendly, professional, and approachable style
- Comfortable juggling multiple active searches and shifting priorities
- Proficient with G-Suite and Slack
- Excited to help find ways to automate repetitive tasks
- Comfortable using systems and excited to become a power user in HR tools and systems
- A genuine passion for people and technology
