As part of our next chapter, we’re launching a recruitment agency vertical aimed at helping businesses discover the right talent efficiently through technology, insight, and process-driven hiring solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join us as a core contributor in developing and launching this new vertical. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment agency operations and entrepreneurial ambitions — someone ready to contribute strategically, grow a service from the ground up, and align their long-term goals with InCart’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Help structure and define the recruitment agency workflow, systems, and service offerings
• Assist with candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and client engagement plans
• Research and integrate best practices in recruitment technology and tools
• Work with the InCart team to shape the go-to-market strategy for the new product
• Provide operational and strategic support during product launch and early-stage growth

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or deep understanding of recruitment agency models and full-cycle hiring
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, or client acquisition processes
• Strong communication, process thinking, and problem-solving skills
• A mindset aligned with startups and early-stage product development
• Entrepreneurial drive — someone who wants to lead, not just execute
