RedLegg is hiring Regional Account Managers to drive revenue growth across key U.S. markets. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing customer relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with Security Engineers to deliver managed cybersecurity solutions aligned to business risk.

Key Responsibilities
- Own a regional sales territory with full revenue and quota responsibility
- Prospect and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity and managed security services
- Lead discovery conversations focused on risk, compliance, and business outcomes
- Sell managed services including SOC, MDR, incident response, compliance, and consulting
- Collaborate with Security Engineers to scope and propose cybersecurity solutions
- Present to technical and executive stakeholders (IT, CIO, CISO, leadership)
- Build long-term customer relationships and expand existing accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats, managed services, and industry trends
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of B2B technology, cybersecurity, or IT sales experience
- Experience selling managed services, MSSP, MDR, or security solutions
- Proven ability to manage a territory and close complex sales cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Prior MSSP or cybersecurity consulting sales experience
- Experience selling to regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government)
- Existing relationships within assigned territory
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI)
- Cybersecurity or vendor certifications (nice-to-have, not required)
