They are seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator to support the operational needs of their South Florida region, ensuring schedules align and compliance with credentialing requirements is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support scheduling needs across the region to ensure alignment between client services and staff availability
- Track staff credentialing and re-credentialing requirements, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory standards
- Monitor and submit authorizations, partnering with clinical and administrative teams to avoid gaps in service
- Track technicians in training, ensuring timely progression through onboarding and training milestones
- Monitor technician hours to ensure they are meeting required thresholds and staying on track for certification and readiness
- Partner closely with BCBAs and regional leaders to reduce administrative burden and improve operational efficiency
- Provide general operational and administrative support, helping to streamline processes and maintain organization across the region
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and proactively recommend improvements
