About the position
Responsibilities
• Business Development & Client Management
• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with companies across Latin America, North America, and other international markets.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct client meetings, take detailed job briefs, and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage accounts, ensure high service delivery, and uncover opportunities for cross-selling.
• Full Recruitment Cycle
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Create compelling job descriptions, candidate reports, and market insights for clients.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and ensure accurate data in the ATS/CRM.
• Market & Talent Intelligence
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitors.
• Produce market mapping and talent intelligence reports for clients as needed.
• Develop niche expertise within specific sectors relevant to GateSource HR’s practice areas.
• Remote Collaboration & International Exposure
• Work effectively in a remote, multicultural team across different time zones.
• Participate in virtual meetings, team reviews, and training sessions.
• Uphold GateSource HR’s values of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Strong ability to independently manage both business development and delivery.
• Proven experience acquiring and managing clients.
• Bilingual English & Spanish (written and spoken), French or Portuguese are nice to have
• Experience working in a multinational or international environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, video platforms).
