- Troubleshoot billing, reporting, and product issues while assisting with account updates and payments
Skills
- Must have your own equipment, including a computer and high-speed internet
- Customer service or call center experience is required
- Background in financial services, banking support, or compliance-heavy environments is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail in data handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in healthcare insurance processing, QA/auditing, or data entry
