Surefire Local is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive new business sales and generate revenue for their digital marketing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, demonstrating product value, and converting leads into long-term customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Assess client’s needs to understand digital marketing requirements, address pain points, and demonstrate the value of SaaS solutions accordingly
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with teams cross functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant professional experience
- Comfortable with prospecting and outbound cold calling in a scripted sales environment
- Strong phone presence and effective communicator with the ability to build quick rapport
- Exceptional organizational skills and capable of handling high-volume client interactions efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Coachable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about career growth in SaaS sales
- Prior digital marketing experience in outbound sales or business development positions preferred, but not required
