Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SAI360 is giving companies a new perspective on risk management. The Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, pitching the SaaS platform, and managing sales cycles while collaborating with marketing and senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and channel referrals
- Pitch the value of our whistleblower SaaS platform via email, cold calls, social selling, and demos
- Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and tailor our solution to key compliance pain points
- Manage sales cycles from initial contact through to closed-won — with support from senior sales leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to test messaging, improve lead conversion, and share field insights
- Document activities in our CRM and contribute to a structured sales process
- Learn and grow with training in compliance workflows, objection handling, negotiation, and SaaS sales
Skills
- Proven experience in a SaaS sales, lead generation or business development roles (BDR/SDR, AE, BDM)
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Confidence speaking with mid-level to senior decision-makers in HR, Legal, Compliance or Procurement
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to collaborate within a remote-work environment throughout all levels of the organisation
- Confident, high energy, goal oriented and resilient with a growth mindset
- Full commitment to conduct business with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with the law
- An interest in GRC, compliance, ethics or SaaS for regulated industries is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar
