Job Summary:
- Deliver outstanding customer training and support as an instructor and facilitator
- Utilize your presentation skills to guide small groups and individuals in learning and setup
- Listen actively and adapt your teaching style to each user's skill level and goals
- Contribute to an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity

Responsibilities:
- Lead scheduled training sessions and interact with customers between sessions
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers
- Recommend in-store support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Adhere to a structured training schedule and be flexible with your work hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for education and ability to instruct through hands-on learning
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse customers and team members
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with selling and teaching, with a focus on customer satisfaction
