The American Institute of Balance (AIB) is expanding WebAuD, our premier remote diagnostic hearing program. Join a nationwide team providing clinical hearing services to ENT practices and hospital systems via secure, HIPAA-compliant technology.
Schedule & Availability
• Hours: 40–160 hours/month (Full-time or half-time)
• Monday– Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Daily 30 minute lunch break
• No weekends, evenings, no major holidays.
Licensing Priority
We are currently prioritizing candidates licensed in Massachusetts, Virginia, Texas, Kentucky, and Florida.

The Role
Working with an in-office medical extender, you will perform comprehensive remote diagnostics in under 30 minutes, including:
• Video Otoscopy & Impedance (Tymps, Reflexes, Decay).
• DPOAEs, AC/BC Pure-tones, and Speech Audiometry.
• Clinical reporting via AIB’s proprietary software.
Requirements
• Must have 20 hrs/week to dedicate to work.
• Education: Au.D. or Master’s equivalent from an accredited university.
• Experience: Relevant clinical audiology experience, minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with remote connections and video conferencing.
