Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to U.S.-based businesses from a remote/home office
- Educate business owners on Government Marketplace’s government contracting consulting and registration services
- Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments for senior consultants
- Follow call scripts and compliance standards
- Document all interactions in our CRM
- Meet or exceed productivity and performance goals

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Prior sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
