The Account Executive leads consultative sales conversations with nonprofit decision-makers, managing the relationship from demo through early onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Run 1:1 product demos with nonprofit leaders and stakeholders
- Lead consultative conversations to understand organizational needs, challenges, and readiness
- Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through a structured sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and take responsibility for outcomes
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined workflows
- Share feedback from sales conversations to improve messaging, onboarding, and activation
- Own early onboarding and activation
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or consultative environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running demos and managing follow-ups
- Willingness to learn the nonprofit space and product quickly
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- SoCal candidates preferred
