Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat to convert leads into sales
• Proactively reach out to existing and past customers to promote new arrivals, limited editions, and exclusive offers
• Expand customer base through prospecting, marketing and cold calling
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through purchase decisions
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and manage sales pipeline efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities
Skills
• 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email tools, and online chat platforms
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and you must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Collectibles preferred
