Germani Insurance Services is a fast-growing, independent insurance agency based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in Commercial P&C and Employee Benefits. They are seeking a Bilingual Commercial Account Manager fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to manage a dedicated book of commercial clients, primarily in the hospitality sector, while providing exceptional client service and support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of commercial clients, communicating fluently in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Manage client service needs, including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day account support
- Explain coverage details, exclusions, and premium changes clearly so clients understand their policies and options
- Assist with quoting, remarketing, and placing new and renewal business with carriers
- Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage, improve retention, and cross-sell additional solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations
- Deliver high-touch service that builds trust and long-term client relationships
Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English required
- Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not required
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Experience in commercial insurance account management, customer service, or client relationship management preferred
- Familiarity with hospitality or habitational insurance is highly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with agency management systems such as EZLynx, Applied Epic, or similar
