• Proven ability to engage with entrepreneurs and small business owners to identify healthcare cost-saving solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and capability to operate independently in a remote setting
• Experience with health sharing or financial services programs is a plus
• Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
