You will be instrumental in advancing data-driven insights that inform national behavioral health strategy and enhance crisis system performance. Joining a multidisciplinary team, you will collect, manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets related to healthcare systems. Responsibilities
• Clean and manage quantitative and qualitative data.
• Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate program performance, service utilization, and outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for federal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of technical deliverables and evaluation briefs.
• Collaborate with project managers and experts to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis related to program evaluation or public health.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Public Health, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, Stata, or Python.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to create data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with automated processes and documenting data workflows.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
