This includes partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems.
- Leverage scripting languages, preferably Python, to automate reporting tasks such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier detection, enhancing the efficiency of the analytics process.
- Document your processes and share your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert and contributing to the team's collective knowledge and growth.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience).
- Creativity with a User Experience foundation to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience).
- Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to identify and root cause business problems. A Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work cross-functionally, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau.
- Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations.
