In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transferring, managing, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately transfer data between applications, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the migration process.
- Create comprehensive spreadsheets from large datasets, minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents and updating existing information with new data.
- Retrieve information from databases and electronic files promptly and efficiently.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Organize and sort paperwork after data entry to prevent loss and maintain an orderly system.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, demonstrating a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in fast typing with excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Solid working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of web-based applications and navigation.
- Strong command of the English language (oral and written), with excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated, curious, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently, proactively seeking information, and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to switch between different types of products and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Basic knowledge of measures, metrics, characteristics, and quality attributes.
Location: This is a 100% remote position, requiring candidates to be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
