Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video with individuals who have requested information
• Identify client needs and offer tailored coverage solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in our CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions
• Work independently and meet individual performance goals
Requirements
• No sales experience required—training provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self -disciplined, goal -oriented, and coachable
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (Zoom, CRM)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice-to-haves
• Life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain with guidance)
