Responsibilities
• Delivering efficiency and customer benefits through data science and AI
• Strategizing on the responsible use of data science and AI for automation and insights
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize projects
• Operationalizing data science and machine learning solutions
• Leading and developing the data science team, including line management of Principal Data Scientists
Skills
• Expertise in data science and machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning)
• Strong knowledge of statistics, applied mathematics, and scientific analysis with proven experience in delivering organizational benefits
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and handling large datasets
• Experience with Machine Learning Ops and A/B testing
• Understanding of responsible and ethical AI practices
• Skills in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++
• Knowledge of generative AI is desirable
