Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
- Build strong one-on-one relationships with patients and their families
- Conduct home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
- Utilize clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own home
- Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of work (with additional licensure possible in multi-state service areas)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with IV-related experience a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of nursing experience
- 1 year of infusion experience
- Home healthcare experience
