Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled client appointments and conduct consultations
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication
- Utilize provided lead lists and outreach systems to connect with clients
- Analyze client needs and present appropriate solutions
- Manage and submit applications
- Work alongside senior advisors for case support and strategy when needed
- Maintain accurate records within the provided CRM
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
- Ability to manage time and follow structured processes
- Open to coaching and professional development
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Prior experience in sales or financial services is helpful but not required
