Responsibilities
• Assist with workers’ compensation matters on a remote basis.
• Handle general case workup activities such as written discovery, motion work, depositions and trial preparation in Iowa workers’ compensation litigation matters.
Skills
• 5+ years of legal experience in workers’ compensation litigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
• Licensed in Iowa
• Excellent academic credentials
