Remote Legal Intake Assistant (Temp)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a fully remote Legal Intake Assistant for a client in legal support operations. This position is a 3 month contract. Responsibilities • Manage client intake requests using Intapp Open and related systems (e.g., Bill4Time, iManage). • Review intake submissions for completeness and accuracy; correct data and maintain records. • Conduct conflicts of interest searches using Boolean logic and validate party information. • Research corporate affiliations via D&B, Secretary of State websites, and other tools. • Draft waivers and engagement letter components; maintain and create templates. • Ensure data integrity within Intapp Open. • Support special projects and assist with new hire conflict checks as needed. Qualifications • Experience: Preferred 2+ years in a law firm role focused on conflict checks/intake. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Intapp Open, Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, DocuSign, Adobe. • Knowledge Areas: Law firm billing, records systems, risk management processes. • Core Skills: • Strong communication and client service orientation. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative mindset across departments.
