Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, including adults, teenagers, couples, and individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
- Efficiently manage and document a caseload of 12-25 clinical sessions weekly, utilizing your exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Complete electronic notes, treatment plans, and DSM 5 diagnoses punctually, ensuring seamless client care and collaboration with other healthcare providers.
- Schedule and manage client appointments, fostering a welcoming and organized environment for clients and maintaining a strong commitment to their well-being.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your practice, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois, with a minimum of one year of counseling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle caseloads independently, with strong communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to creating a supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP applications.
