The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 6-month contract basis, with the option to renew based on performance and business needs.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing function — keeping assets organized, events running smoothly, projects on track, and our LATAM expansion well-supported. This is a mid-level individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of project coordination, content operations, and cross-functional communication.

What You’ll Do
- Translate marketing assets — including graphics, video, website content, and sales collateral — between Spanish and English to support LATAM market expansion
- Own event logistics end-to-end, from pre-production planning through post-event reporting, across conferences, podcast-style recordings, and more
- Manage and organize content assets across campaigns, sales materials, and brand collateral
- Provide marketing administrative support including scheduling, internal communications, and document management
- Publish weekly status reports on Jira ticket updates and cross-departmental project progress across marketing, product, and growth
- Support ongoing campaign operations and assist with performance reporting and dashboard updates
- Coordinate communications with vendors and freelancers supporting outsourced production work
What We’re Looking For
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with project management tools (Jira or similar)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you flag issues early and follow through
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment
- Experience supporting LATAM marketing efforts or working with Latin American markets
- Background in content production, event coordination, or creative operations
- Familiarity with marketing performance reporting or dashboards
Compensation & Contract Details
This is a 6-month contractor engagement with the option to renew based on performance and business needs. Compensation is $2,200–$2,500 USD/month, paid via Deel. Candidates must be comfortable working as independent contractors.
