Responsibilities
• Assisting in classroom management
• Preparing and maintaining learning materials
• Supervising children during activities
• Ensuring a safe and engaging learning space
Skills
• Experience in Assistant Teaching and Education, with a willingness to engage in Montessori methods
• Strong Communication skills to effectively support students, teachers, and parents
• Passion for Working With Children and providing quality Childcare in an educational setting
• Ability to foster a nurturing classroom environment that aligns with Montessori principles
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Relevant certifications or training in Early Childhood Education or Montessori methodology are a plus
