You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of field operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives in exploration, drilling, and production. Oversee daily field operations, including resource allocation, equipment management, and production targets. Ensure strict adherence to all HSE regulations and company safety policies, fostering a robust safety culture. Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Manage budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met. Lead and mentor field operations teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coordinate with engineering, geology, and other departments to optimize field development and production strategies. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Implement and oversee advanced technologies and methodologies to improve operational outcomes. Develop contingency plans for potential operational disruptions and emergencies. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable operational practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree or MBA is a significant advantage. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in upstream oil and gas operations management. Extensive knowledge of drilling, completion, production, and reservoir engineering principles. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale field operations and budgets. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams remotely. Strong understanding of HSE best practices and regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in relevant operational software and data analysis tools. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
