As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our client's websites, providing timely and accurate assistance to their queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via online chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in real-time.
• Evaluate customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally.
• Promote interest in client products and services, staying up-to-date on their offerings and features.
• Maintain a positive and professional image, consistently achieving established standards of the position.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team-oriented environment.
• Excellent PC keyboarding and internet skills, with the ability to navigate through various software applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor, with a client-facing role experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:

• Ability to compose professional emails and communicate effectively via digital channels.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
