As a Remote Outreach Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of their business and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
As a Remote Outreach Agent, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to/from provider offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies. You will be expected to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on an hourly basis, and your work will be closely monitored by our Workforce Management Team to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in call center operations, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
