We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill a unique hybrid role as a Lab Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating laboratory orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between facilities, technicians, and ordering physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document changes to orders and coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities
- Confirm receipt of dispatched orders with technicians and facilitate reassignment of orders as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with facilities to schedule and reschedule orders, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, call center environment
- Ability to focus on tasks and maintain attention to detail in a busy setting
Work-From-Home Requirements:
- Private workspace with minimal distractions and external sounds
- High-speed internet connection (fiber or cable recommended) to support VoIP communications
- Access to a PC (not Chromebook) to run TridentCare's Network Performance Test
