Remote Part-Time Dispatcher Opportunity (Weekends & Holidays) - Join Our Team!

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time Dispatcher to join our dynamic team, working remotely after completing an onsite training program in Charlotte, NC. As a key player in our operations, you'll be responsible for scheduling service work, emergency response, and monitoring workflow for our 3-state service area. About the Role:

• Hybrid training schedule with 2 days onsite per week, up to 4-6 weeks in duration
• Remote work arrangement after training, with a schedule of weekends and holidays (7am-6pm)
• Opportunity for extra hours throughout the week (misc. time during the shift of 3:30 PM – Midnight, Monday – Friday)
• 20 hours expected, with the possibility of working up to 36 hours as requested

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service work and emergency response for a 3-state service area, operating on a 24/7/365 schedule
• Monitor workflow for approximately 350 Service Technicians
• Assign, route, and adjust workloads of field service personnel in daily operations for all customer service
• Answer inbound calls from technicians, first responders, and emergency customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated computer and technical aptitude
• Strong customer service background
• Experience as a Dispatcher is highly desirable
