Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

• Program Design & Content Development: Collaborate with DOJ subject matter experts to design the structure, curriculum, and learning pathways for the Acquisition Career Program (ACP), ensuring alignment with FAC‑C Professional standards and DAU/FAI credential requirements.
• Mentor/Protégé Administration: Manage the 1102 Mentor‑Protégé Program, maintaining up‑to‑date records of mentors, protégés, match criteria, and progress metrics. Facilitate regular check‑ins and feedback loops to maximize relationship value.
• Training Needs Analysis: Track entry‑level participants’ training needs, monitor their status across rotations, special projects, and experiential learning opportunities, and recommend targeted training solutions when FAI seats are limited.
• Data Coordination & Reporting: Serve as the liaison between the Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) and government‑wide data calls. Aggregate bureau submissions, validate data integrity, and produce timely reports that satisfy OMB and DOJ reporting mandates.
• Digital Presence Management: Create, curate, and maintain a dynamic digital portal for ACP participants. Ensure that all program materials, schedules, and resources are easily accessible and regularly updated.
• Community Building: Drive participation in cohort events, networking sessions, and webinars. Foster a sense of community among ACP members to encourage peer learning and knowledge sharing.
• Program Documentation & Success Tracking: Document short‑ and long‑term outcomes for participants, capture success stories, and produce performance dashboards that illustrate program impact both internally and to external stakeholders.
• Policy Analysis & Recommendation: Conduct thorough analyses of acquisition policy trends, identify gaps in current training frameworks, and propose enhancements that align with evolving federal procurement regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with DOJ training offices, DAU representatives, and internal Solerity teams to streamline credentialing pathways and secure resources for program participants.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Demonstrated experience in federal acquisition policy, training program management, or related consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex policy language into actionable program components.
• Proficiency in creating and managing digital portals, learning management systems, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise briefing materials for senior leadership.
