The Production Analyst will support the Sales team by providing financial analysis and reporting to facilitate deal progression, focusing on Freddie Mac Conventional products and related lending processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage reports, models, and loan analyses in Excel
- Conduct rent roll reviews and preliminary loan sizing for multifamily deals
- Perform borrower and property due diligence, identifying risks and issues
- Research markets using third-party data sources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent reporting
- Provide analysis and feedback to the SVP of Sales
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and team player with ability to work independently
- Experience in real estate or finance analysis preferred; internships considered
- Salesforce, CoStar, or CRM experience a plus
