[Remote] Program Associate - Integrity Initiatives International

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integrity Initiatives International is an international NGO focused on combatting grand corruption by strengthening the enforcement of criminal laws against corrupt leaders. The Program Associate will work closely with the Executive Director and the Board, participating in advocacy efforts, maintaining partnerships, and supporting communications and administrative duties. Responsibilities - Support III advocacy efforts by scheduling and participating in meetings with existing and potential civil society and government partners and assisting with follow up on action items - Initiate outreach and maintain partnerships as the main contact person for a subset of existing and potential partners in a world region - Hold meetings to update partners on developments and discuss potential joint activities - Write a detailed summary of each meeting - Support the IACC Treaty Committee, primarily by tracking feedback on the draft treaty and maintaining the Committee’s virtual workspace - Research and report on developments such as elections, protests, government changes, and anti-corruption initiatives to identify potential openings for outreach - Produce regular reports on publications, including reports by NGOs and governments, regarding grand corruption and anti-corruption efforts - Conduct additional research and write memos on matters concerning international law, grand corruption, and anti-corruption effort - Maintain the organization’s list of priorities, additional action items, and calendars - Organize and distribute materials prior to meetings - Organize events such as webinars, conferences, and meetings with partners - Draft and edit communications materials, including newsletters, press releases, brochures, executive summaries, social media content, etc - Maintain III’s website using SquareSpace - Assist in the development of the social media strategy and toolkit; track and analyze social media metrics - Provide quality control, including proofreading, on all print and electronic public information produced by III colleagues - Assist with the development and maintenance of records and files of communication and outreach content – for III institutional memory and quick staff access - Maintain III’s electronic records including our Google Drive, other databases, emails from partners, online publications, contacts lists, and other similar records - Prepare itineraries and travel arrangements for board members and other partners, when necessary - Manage III interns day-to-day, when necessary - Lead development of manuals, promotional and instructional materials, such as onboarding for interns/staff, slide decks, and brand and social media guidelines - Facilitate the management of III’s finances with Third Sector New England (TSNE), including submitting expense reports, tracking contributions, sending acknowledgement letters, and fulfilling invoices - Assist the Executive Director in budgeting, financial reporting, and quarterly data presentation - Provide administrative support for fundraising efforts, including drafting emails, researching individuals and foundations, editing grant proposals and grant reports, and keeping detailed notes of III’s fundraising history Skills - Authorized to work in the United States - Bachelor's degree (required) or a master's degree (preferred) - Experience in law, politics, international relations, or a related field - 0-3 years of professional experience - A passion for ending grand corruption - Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to transform technical jargon into communications messages for a variety of audiences - Demonstrated ability to be tactful with the timing and delivery of information - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - A high level of responsibility and accountability - An entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to act independently - Ability to exercise discretion and good, independent judgment in dealing with members of III's board and its partners - Experience working for a non-profit preferred - Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Squarespace, Word Press, Canva, and social media platforms highly desired - Strong language abilities in French, Spanish, or other major world languages are a plus Benefits - Generous Paid-Time-Off (PTO): twelve paid holidays, three weeks of vacation, one week of personal holiday, and ability to accrue up to 487.5 hours of health leave time for benefited staff. - 80% Employer-paid, offering some $0 deductible Health Insurance through Harvard Pilgrim along with several low-deductible plans; - Low-cost Harvard Pilgrim/Point32Health Dental and Vision. - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for Health and Dependent Care. - Employer-paid Life, Long- and Short-Term Disability Insurance. - Employer-paid Pension and Employee-paid 403b plan through TIAA.
