The Property & Casualty insurance industry is a vital and rapidly evolving sector that requires skilled professionals who can navigate complex risks and provide tailored insurance solutions. As a P&C Insurance Producer, you will play a critical role in quoting and selling insurance policies to incoming sales prospects, while delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote and sell homeowner's and renter's insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising ad purchased leads.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
• Quotes and sells any, or all, of the following insurance products - automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance.
• Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales via phone or email to prospective clients.
• Attend required training, on-going training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain active property casualty license.
• Demonstrate advantages of our company's products, services, and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• An active PRODUCER Property and Casualty License.
• Reside within the required distance from the hub location.
• Availability to work and commit to training and work schedule.
• Empathetic, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Property & Casualty insurance.
