Apexon is seeking an experienced Test Lead for State Integrated Eligibility systems to lead functional testing efforts for large-scale state government eligibility systems. The role involves managing a team of testers and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective test planning and execution.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end functional testing for State Integrated Eligibility systems
• Oversee cross-program eligibility validation (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care)
• Manage and mentor a team of 6–8 testers
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Work in Agile and Waterfall testing environments
• Ensure test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
Skills
• 10+ years in IT with strong focus on Software QA & Testing
• Hands-on experience in State Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems
• Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or Child Care programs
• Prior Test Lead or QA Lead experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
