Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Employment Attorney specializing in Employment Law. The role involves providing legal representation in various employment-related matters, managing litigation processes, and ensuring effective legal strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
• Represent clients in employment related disputes, including wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, etc
• Handle all phases of litigation, from initial consultation through trial and appeal
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, draft pleadings, and argue motions
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs
• Provide high-quality legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Skills
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in California, and in good standing
• At least 5-10 years of experience in plaintiff employment law
• A comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local laws related to employment
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism
• Plaintiff experience preferred
