Arcadia Resorts is a high-growth travel club offering exclusive vacation packages across Florida and Tennessee. Our Marketing team specializes in promoting deeply discounted vacation packages that include an on-site preview tour of our resort and loyalty program. Our Marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for a confident, experienced closer who can excel in a fully remote environment.
About the Role
This is a 100% remote telemarketing role. You will contact warm leads to present limited-time promotional vacation packages. This position requires someone with proven experience in high-volume phone sales who is comfortable working from home, following a structured process, and confidently using multiple computer programs at once. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want real growth opportunities, this role is a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Use a proven question-based sales flow to drive the conversation and build rapport
• Present exclusive vacation packages
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Close package sales and handle payment processing
• Maintain accurate notes in our systems while actively handling calls
• Stay on script, meet call volume expectations, and hit personal sales goals
• Collaborate with leadership to refine process, scripts, and strategy
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or vacation package/travel club promotions
• Strong conversational control and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable using multiple tabs, systems, and CRM tools simultaneously
• Must be confident and efficient with computers—this is required
• High-energy, results-driven, and competitive
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Coachable and open to growth
