As a Summer Intern in IT, Consumer Insights, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and develop valuable skills that will set you up for success in your future career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in facilitating customer care, Sales & Customer insights journeys, including taking notes and researching features and functionalities around CRM Space.
- Help identify current Case Management, Email Campaigning work, and propose proactive solutions by collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand current business processes.
- Assist in building training documentation based on new customer insight features and functionalities.
- Analyze, design, code, and test software through the production lifecycle according to functional/technical specifications that meet business requirements.
- Gain exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps and develop hands-on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions using pipeline.
- Adapt to work within Agile Software Development approach methodology and triage Support CRM incident/Bug requests.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be:
- A current college/university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently within a team environment.
- Demonstrate effective listening and critical thinking skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to maintain confidential information.
- Show effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Experience with CRM systems and software development.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure DevOps.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $34,500.00 - $55,100.00 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive total rewards package includes:
