Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized travel planning for clients interested in Disney vacations. This is a full-time, remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Houston, TX area.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients interested in Disney vacations
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning process
• Understand and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of Disney vacations
• Create customized travel itineraries based on clients preferences and budget
• Book and manage all aspects of clients travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, park tickets, dining reservations, and special experiences
• Stay up-to-date on all Disney destinations, resorts, and experiences to provide expert recommendations and advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel consultant, preferably in the niche market of Disney vacations
• Strong knowledge and passion for Disney vacations and the Disney brand
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work remotely
• Must be able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
