We are a premium mobile detailing company focused on recurring revenue through maintenance plans and repeat customers. We are looking for someone to build and manage our email and SMS marketing system using Brevo. This is not a generic marketing role. We need someone who understands customer lifecycle, retention, and automation.
Scope of Work:
-Set up and optimize our Brevo account (email + SMS)
-Import and organize ~400+ customer contacts
-Segment customers into the following groups:
-New customers (first-time, last 30 days)
-Repeat customers (2+ services, not on subscription)
-Subscription customers
-Inactive customers (30/60/90+ days)
Build automated campaigns including:
-New customer onboarding flow
-Repeat customer engagement flow
-Subscription retention flow
-Win-back campaigns for inactive customers
-Create and send weekly or bi-weekly campaigns (email + SMS)
-Design clean, premium marketing visuals (flyers, promos, etc.)
-Track performance (open rates, click rates, conversions)
Requirements:
-Proven experience using Brevo (required)
-Strong understanding of email + SMS automation
-Experience with segmentation and customer lifecycle marketing
-Ability to execute quickly without constant supervision
-Ability to create clean, high-quality marketing visuals
