Randstad is looking for a U.S. Retirement Benefits Specialist Lead to take the helm of our client's retirement landscape. n this role, you won't just oversee plans—you’ll drive the implementation of investment strategies, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure our 401(k) offerings remain best-in-class. Responsibilities
• Project Execution & Management: Lead end-to-end projects for U.S. Retirement Plans, focusing on investment implementation and operational restructuring. This is a "hands-on" role (75% execution / 25% coordination) requiring deep involvement in delivering requirements rather than just tracking tasks.
• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all plans strictly adhere to ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations. Manage plan provisions, oversee administrative procedures, and provide expert recommendations on compliance considerations as projects evolve.
• Change Management & Strategy: Map the end-to-end impact of investment changes. Define and oversee 401(k) communication strategies to drive participant engagement, internal socialization, and leadership updates.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal HR/Investment teams and external partners (TPAs and Investment Companies). Direct third-party vendors to resolve complex participant inquiries and plan issues.
• Operational Excellence: Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with minimal oversight, ensuring all operational deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
