As a Revenue Operations Manager you will be part of the team of integrations.
Your challenge at Yuno
- Build and implement core Revenue Operations processes, tools, and frameworks from the ground up, ensuring they scale with growth.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align the full revenue funnel — handoffs, KPIs, and data governance.
- Create dashboards, reporting routines, and performance metrics to drive visibility and decision-making.
- Own our commercial tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong), ensuring setup, integration, and adoption.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and quota-setting with leadership.
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing RevOps team.
- Set up scalable onboarding, enablement, and change management processes in partnership with Enablement and People.
- Spot and solve bottlenecks across the revenue journey with urgency and structure.
- Work closely with CRO, GTM leads, and founders to evolve our revenue engine.
Skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English is mandatory, Portuguese or Spanish Advanced is a huge plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support.
- Familiarity with the Latin America market and cultural nuances.
