Are you a HubSpot power user who loves turning messy data into streamlined workflows? Our client is looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our talented team! In this role, you will be embedded with our client in the education industry, serving as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You aren't just managing a CRM; you are optimizing the engine that drives the business. We need a systems-thinker who is passionate about HubSpot, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. What You’ll Do -Systems Optimization: Partner with the Director of RevOps to identify and implement high-impact improvements across revenue systems. -HubSpot Ownership: Act as the internal point of contact for HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs). Build and maintain scalable workflows, custom automations, and datasets. -Data Strategy: Manage data enrichment, hygiene, and lifecycle stages across contacts, companies, and deals. -Insights & Reporting: Own pipeline reporting and dashboard infrastructure to provide actionable insights for go-to-market teams. -Enablement: Support the team through documentation, training, and process clarity to ensure CRM alignment with business goals. Requirements (A-Player Standards) -3+ Years of HubSpot Experience: Deep expertise in building workflows, automations, and advanced reporting. -Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate raw data into operational improvements. -Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/Index Match). -Tech-Savvy: Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools. -Communication: Superb written and spoken English with active listening skills. -Self-Starter: Proactive, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Role Logistics Location: 100% Remote. Schedule: 40 hours per week (must be available within 6 AM – 6 PM EST). Compensation: $4,000 per month (range +/- $750 depending on proven expertise). Equipment: BYO devices (software provided).
