Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy to lead our data analytics team in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
- Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and maintain data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are communicated effectively.
- Manage and coordinate the work of directors, senior managers, and their subordinates to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science).
- At least 6 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and developing data-driven strategies to inform business decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science).
- Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, or Python).
- Experience with data extraction, data mining, data warehousing, and data profiling.
- Experience with data governance and data quality management.
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js).
