As Russian speaking Senior Sales Manager, we rely on you to:
- Partner with the Assistant Director of Sales to develop revenue-driving business strategies while building and nurturing relationships with key partners in Russian- speaking markets.
- Conduct impactful site inspections and host familiarization trips that showcase our property.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Operations and Sales & Marketing for initiatives targeting Russian-speaking guests.
- Identify and capitalize on untapped business opportunities, ensuring alignment between sales initiatives and Marketing and Revenue teams
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and roadshows, strengthening our market presence.
- Lead and mentor the Sales team to drive professional growth and performance excellence.
- Develop comprehensive sales reports and forecasts that equip executive leadership with actionable insights
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Brings 3-5+ years of sales management experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Speaks fluent Russian and English, with proficiency in additional languages as an asset.
- Thrives under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
