We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to handle leads, close sales, and manage a team of independent sales partners. The ideal candidate is strong in both closing deals and supporting a sales team to reach their targets.
Responsibilities:
• Engage and follow up with sales leads
• Present offers persuasively and close deals
• Manage and support independent sales partners (mentoring, motivation, and accountability)
• Maintain accurate records of leads, closings, and partner activity
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and closing deals
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Results-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
