- Communicate with clients by phone, text and email in under 20 min
- Champion team through process and admin support
- Capture every detail accurately in our CRM
- Solve problems before they blow up using AI tools (ChatGPT, CRM, Google Suite)

- Impeccable English - flawless written & spoken (outgoing personality a plus)
- Tech savvy – ChatGPT & Google Suite pro
