Role Description
This is a remote, entry-level position for a Sales Consultant & Album Designer. Candidates must reside in Florida, Texas, or Nevada. The role involves conducting virtual consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide album and art design recommendations. Other responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, collaborating with photographers to enhance sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and refining product designs to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to guide clients through the purchasing process confidently.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise, ensuring clients receive exceptional experiences and support.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with photographers and clients.
• Familiarity or experience in album designing and digital tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and targets.
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset, especially in visual art and design.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales-related roles is advantageous.
